With the approaching school year arriving, knowing where you’ll be living is at the top of your list! Room assignments tell you who you are living with, how far you are from A-Quad (where your classes are), where you are to the nearest dining hall (Curtis or Huffman), and so much more. It is stressful just waiting for all this information to arrive, and we understand the anxiety (we were in your situation just last year!), but all this time is spent by Residential Education and Housing assuring that they can do the very best job they can.
WELCOME, Class of 2018! I am Webster Burton, and I hail from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. I graduated from Cranbrook Kingswood in Bloomfield Hills, MI where I was captain of the boy’s swim and dive team and captain of the boy’s State Championship lacrosse team. I also was a boarding student at Cranbrook, which made the transition to Denison fairly easy.
Hey, Class of 2018! My name is Erin Worden, and I’m so excited to be serving your class as a First Year Fellow. My first year at Denison was one of the most exciting, thought-provoking, and enriching experiences of my life. I was able to challenge myself intellectually, focus on my passions, and make incredible connections with the Denison community.
Welcome to Denison, Class of 2018! My name is Ryan Vagedes (you may recognize me from all the posts I make in your Facebook page), and I cannot wait to see you all on the “Hill!”
I’m from Canton, Ohio and went to St. Thomas Aquinas High School, a Catholic school in rural Louisville, Ohio.
As a budding member of the Denison community, we want to welcome you to the thousands of past and present men and women that find a special home on the “Hill” that sits on top of colonial Granville in small-town Ohio. Joining an extensive family of award-winning actors and actresses, pioneering U.S. congressmen, CEO’s and presidents of top businesses and corporations, nationally recognized writers and playwrights, research scientists, and innovative inventors and founders, we hope that you too find your place along a long, diverse line of Denisonians that follow their passions.
