Hello all, on January 23rd, Denison celebrates Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.! Denison honors the legacy of Dr. King with a day of service, workshops, and a riveting performance by Denison students. Please attend the Keynote Event, which is a student production directed by Patrisse Khan-Cullors, who is one of the founders of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. In this event, titled, “Power from the Mouths of the Occupied,” fellow Denisonians have written and produced narratives. This event will be held on Monday, January 23rd at 7pm in Swasey Chapel. We hope you enjoy and leave the event with great takeaways.
