Denison University seeks an Admissions Counselor/Assistant Director of Admissions to market Denison’s academic programs to students and their parents. They will assist with the Multicultural Recruitment Campaign to recruit First Year students to the college’s academic programs by effectively managing geographic territories: assist in development and maintenance of recruiting and marketing materials; schedule and perform recruitment presentations at high schools, college night programs or other appropriate locations and events; and conduct information meetings and assessment interviews. This aims to help Denison meet individual application and enrollment goals – both primary and secondary.

If you meet all of these criteria apply to be an Admissions Tour Guide! 

Admissions Tour Guides are responsible for formally introducing prospective students and their families to the Denison Community by conducting 50 minute campus tours. Tour guides should be able to work four to six hours per week plus one or two Saturday mornings each semester. Due to the hours, applications from HRs will not be considered.

Each year the Admissions Office seeks the best and brightest Denison juniors to apply to be Senior Interviewers during their senior year. This is a wonderful professional opportunity that has benefits to any career path you may pursue. This year, as in past, we are requiring applications to be submitted earlier than normal so that we have ample time to interview and evaluate the candidates.

The main role of a Senior Interviewer is to interview prospective Denison students and meet with their parents to guide them through the college search process.
