To start I’d like to give a shoutout to my mother who walked me through the process of fixing my computer because it crashed last night so kudos to her!!!
Day 3 was by far the hardest day for me so far. After open gym yesterday my friends wanted to order a pizza. Me being as absent minded as I am agreed. It wasn’t until after they had ordered it that I realized how bad of me it was to go in on it. I literally couldn’t stay with them because A.) I was way to hungry and I really wanted to eat. and B.) I couldn’t be a part of that pizza because its against what I’m trying to accomplish this week.
There are so many temptations when it comes to what I want to eat. I always go to slayter and buy snacks if I get hungry but I’ve done a great job of restraining myself. I really hope that day 4 is a little easier because I’m starting to get hungry.
