With the week coming to a close. Ill take this time to reflect on my experience. I thought I did a good job with my goals for each category. being a college student it is hard to manage food. This is because we are reliant for the dining hall for food. But once you eventually get sick of it its not like you have an a ton of option to get none processed food.
Finally had to charge my phone for the first time since monday. I have been leaving it in my room when I go places. I notice I huge difference I am have been social as well as more focused on what I’m doing. Still showering under 2 minutes. One big takeaway from the week so far is the impact on my diet.
Had a pretty awful day in general. Was under the weather all day, which meant all day in my dorm. However this did not translate to a lot of hours with lights on or devices. Unfortunately, it did result in a decent amount of trash because I was snacking not eating at the dinning hall. I hope to clean it up tomorrow.
Started off the week with a lightning quick 1:15 shower. Made me realize how much wasted time we spend in the shower. Not a big fan of turning off the water to put on soap just made me cold and unhappy. At lunch I continue the no impact theme with a salad. I really wanted the burger but Im glad I went with the healthier option.
