I cannot believe I got through this week so smoothly. The  sacrifices of consumption that were made through this week have been phenominal! So I would like to congratulate all my friends from ENVS 101 on a successful completion of this week!

Nutrition Is Not A Thing. No Impact Week: Day 4

Day 4 began at 2:27 pm. “Rise and shine, Ridhim” said the bright sun pearing through my blinds. Wednesdays are tiring. Plus, I’m not getting any better. With a nice dose of Codeine, it was the earliest I could wake up.
I can’t swallow anything, because my throat feels like a family of cacti now reside in it.

Sick Day Benefits. No Impact Week: Day 2

I’m sick. Partly why I was looking so zoned out in class today. After a successful day yesterday, I was in the mood to break a few self made rules for the week and eat some meat and spend a few extra minutes in the shower today.But that didn’t happen.

Because I’m sick. It’s the kind where your head, eyes, throat, body hurt and happiness is not a thing.

This Could Become A Habit. No Impact Week: Day 1

To prepare for no impact week, I’ve tried to limit my consumption and wastage for the past few days. Seeing that my daily life has not been altered by cautious and responsible consumption was the first good sign.
My room does not have a TV or a fridge, and my fan is unplugged. So the only appliances that will ever be in use for the following week and probably for the rest of the year are my chargers for my laptop and phone, and the room lighting.
