Sadly, nothing exciting happened. I went through my routine without a sitch. Only real new thing I did was run around the indoor track instead of using the treadmill when working out. I somehow got 53 seconds again for my shower. I do feel as though some of my habits this week are gonna pass over to the rest of these weeks and hopefully when I get home.
Everything is going smoothly. No mistakes have occurred today. I got my shower time to 54 seconds, which is one second over what I got yesterday, but it still fulfills my goal. No fans are plugged in and have not been plugged in all day. I’ve avoided using napkins and red meat. I recycled a few water bottles I have found sitting around places in slayter and the cinema house.
Today has gone pretty well. I tried out the navy 30 second shower method, where you put everything on like shampoo and body wash before you go and shower. I did not get 30 seconds, but I did get my shower done in 53 seconds. I am pretty happy with it, but the cold water was not very nice.
I have done pretty well today. Took my first shower today and beat my 4 minute goal by 40 seconds. I know I can bring it down more. I used warm than cold water. Only charged my phone and computer for 30 mins today. I did not eat any pork or beef today. In my room, 1 to 2 fans were plugged in and turned on in my room at certain times throughout the day due to my roommate turning them on when he was in the room.
Have to say this is gonna be hard. I’ve had to stop myself multiple times from eating meat and using the lights and fans in my room. Most of the time it was due to me forgetting when I am stressing about all the stuff I have this week and next week. Each time I start doing something like turn the fan on than quickly turning it off realizing that I am going against what I set out for myself.
