Denison Hosts Programming Contest

The Denison University Department of Math and Computer Science hosted its annual Programming Contest on Saturday, February 22 in the Olin Science building.  This year, 15 teams from 6 schools (Denison, Baldwin-Wallce, Muskingum, Ohio Wesleyan, Wittenberg and the University of Akron) participated in the 4-hour long contest.

“Tree Climbers” from Wittenberg, won the contest, solving all six problems in quick time.  “DU While” (Denison) took second place with five problems.  “qUArk” (Akron) and “BW-BgJK” (Baldwin-Wallace) both solved four apiece, and “BW-BaCM” (Baldwin-Wallace) took fifth place.
